McCuen Properties has been selected for management of a number of projects, some of them unusual.

  • The County of Sacramento selected McCuen Properties in 1996 to manage the redevelopment of Mather Field, a 5,800-acre former U.S. Air Force Base.
  • McCuen Properties has advised Gencorp Aerojet on land use planning for its 13,500-acre rocket manufacturing plant and built 100,000-square feet of office buildings on-site for Aerojet.
  • On behalf of Raley's Corporation, McCuen Properties acquired expanded entitlements, created an infrastructure master plan, and established an assessment district to implement improvements at Raley's Landing, a 20-acre development on the Sacramento River at the Tower Bridge in West Sacramento.
  • At Cook Ranch, a 7,800-acre cattle ranch in El Dorado County, McCuen Properties manages leases and has fire prevention management responsibilities.
