EdFund is one of the nation's leading providers of student loan services under the Federal Family Education Loan Program. Last year EdFund processed $10.1 billion in federal student loans and the firm administers an outstanding loan portfolio worth more than $27 billion.

The new buildings will total approximately 184,000 square feet. Each building is two stories with contemporary style architecture. Construction of the two buildings began in July of 2007. They are located at 10370 and 10390 Peter McCuen Boulevard. EdFund will occupy the buildings in the summer of 2008.
